NEXEN TIRE recently disclosed updated guidelines and policies to establish supply chains for sustainable natural rubber. As a member of GPSNR since 2020, NEXEN TIRE’s recent revisions will be enacted in line with the initiatives of The Global Platform for Sustainable Natural Rubber (GPSNR), an organization that has been established by multiple stakeholders including the manufacturers. The Platform’s latest policy framework focuses on eight major themes that include commitments to legal compliance, community livelihoods, health, functioning ecosystems (including no deforestation), and respecting all human rights.

NEXEN TIRE announced its intent to establish and promote initiatives that focuses on sustainable activities, which was mentioned in 20-21 ESG Repo, Following the disclosure, NEXEN TIRE is dedicated to drive a more sustainable natural rubber supply chain.
