It was a scheduled oil change service for 10000kms. I was quite impressed with the technical know-how of your service staff Mr. Rahim who attended to my car. His adherence to run thorough checks on many components and functioning of engine & tyre conditions was over and beyond the scope of service requested. That is when I realized how important and appropriate it is to run such diagnosis on regular basis especially when the car does off-road driving spells quite often.

One can always be stingy when it comes to saving a buck on extra car care services, but when your car breaks down in 40 degrees heat, you only think of the one person who’s helped you previously.

During my site visits yesterday, i managed to get a nail jammed in my tire and literally saw it deflate while i was standing next to it.

I felt I was in deep trouble the day just before eid when I noticed my car battery had fully drained. I was doubtful if I could get it replaced before the eid holidays and if I would be to move, in case some emergency arises. It was just a phone call and through a couple of whatsapp messages, your “Supermen” came in and replaced the batteries within a few hours. Last week I had a flat tyre and realized it only when I was already on the road. I parked my car at the nearest parking lot and contacted Anish. I went back home and received a call from Anish informing me that vehicles inspection was done and all the tyres in my car needed to be changed. I want to place on record the excellent service quality that I experienced at Saeedi Pro, Qusais, Dubai. I visited the centre to change the tyres of my vehicle.
