I had an extremely disappointing experience at this tyre shop recently. Despite arriving during a relatively quiet period with two visible bays free, I had to wait almost 30 minutes before any staff even acknowledged my presence. Eventually, I noticed a few employees lounging in a corner. When I approached them about a tyre pressure issue, they casually told me to speak to the office manager first.

The office manager, unfortunately, was no better—completely disengaged and more focused on whatever he was doing. After I asked him to check my car, he assured me he’d come, but he never showed up. I waited another five minutes, only to witness staff rushing off to their lunch break, clearly avoiding my request and wasting more of my time.

I left feeling deeply disappointed, especially since I remember when this shop offered exceptional service. Now, it’s a shadow of its former self. It's a shame to see the quality decline so drastically. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.
