They did all the work on a quick note. Wheel balancing, alignment and nitrogen filling was done for free and the staff was friendly and the place is well maintained. Thank you team and keep up the good work.
Very professional staff, knowledgeable technicians and quality tires. Got a good price on some dunlops and now the car drives like it’s on clouds. The alignment was spot on and with the free rotation every 10K KM it looks like safe driving ahead.
This is my first experience with Saeedi Pro after being in the UAE for almost 4 decades. To begin with, the sales team at the head office were very prompt when it came to the quotation being sent to me. Further to my confirmation, they directed me to the closest service centre from my location. Upon reaching the service center I was greeted by the team and I was asked to wait at the customer lounge. They wrapped up the work in about 40 minutes. Finalized on Al Saeedi Pro after going through a lot of research. Some of my colleagues recommended them.Their staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.I want to mention Athul who arranged for a different set of tires on my request at the last moment and helped me get a really good price.I will surly recommend this place and Athul to anyone who is in market to replace tyres.
Bought new Bridgestone for my X5.But there is an tyre blooming issue, Guess that they were stored outside without proper packing.But appreciate Mr.Shafeek who tried to care of it regardless an issue.He was very impressed that he really wanted to solve this issue for me.I will definitely visit him again for my other 2 more cars.After sales is very important for me and he proved it.
