One of the best options in Abu Dhabi for wheel alignment.Large, comfortable facilities with 4+ bays for simultaneous work and US-made electronic equipment.The staff seems to know that they are doing, at least for simple alignment cases.On the downside, they (awa all similar workshops) always try -as a first step- to convince you to replace your tires (as this is where they make the real money from), citing even silly arguments such as “we cannot guarantee your alignment as your tires are old”.Also for alignment with complications (like adjusting the lower arms etc.) they cannot do it (or do not want to do it with 84 AED) so you’ll need to find another shop.

I am writing this from my personal experience.Last 3 times I have changed my car 4 tyres in this shop. They said that they are offering free tyre balancing for each 10000km if you are changing all 4 tyres. I didn't use this offer before even I changed all my 4 tyres twice in this shop. Now I just went there to tried this offerfor the first time. They literally treat me like a beggar. No one is not responding. I asked everyone including technicians to support but no one helped

If you are thinking to change your tires here please don't go to this workshop, I had a very bad experience and they broke my wheel stud and dont want to take responsibility at first. The mechanics is not experienced and they don't have proper tools. very bad

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended for Private BuyersI recently had a very frustrating experience with this tyre shop. While booking the tyres online through WhatsApp went smoothly, and I was offered a competitive price, everything fell apart during the installation process.1. Booking and confirmation: I confirmed my order and the installation date twice, and even received a reminder on the day of installation, so I expected everything to go smoothly.2. On arrival: When I arrived at the shop, I was told that the tyres had not arrived yet. Despite two reminders that I was waiting, it took 30 minutes before someone made any effort to call and inquire about the situation.3. Lack of communication: I had to personally call the online agent, who informed me there was a “misunderstanding” between the staff and that the tyres still needed to be arranged. I was then asked to wait without any clear timeframe.4. Poor customer service: The staff were completely occupied and showed little interest in helping unless I repeatedly asked for updates.5. Extensive delays: After a long two-hour wait, the tyres finally arrived. Then, I had to wait an additional hour for the installation to be completed and another 30 minutes for the billing process.6. Inconveniences: The shop offers a coffee machine, but it isn’t complimentary – you have to pay with coins, which adds insult to injury when you’re stuck waiting for hours.7. Overworked installation team: The only saving grace was the team responsible for installing the tyres. They were polite, hardworking, and clearly overworked, but even their efforts couldn’t make up for the overall disorganization.8. No compensation: Despite asking for some form of compensation for the unreasonable delay (a total of 3.5 hours for what should have been a straightforward tyre change), nothing was offered.While the prices are competitive, the overall experience was terrible. There was no sense of urgency, no willingness to assist, and it was clear that corporate customers take priority over private buyers. If I had the option, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I certainly won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to private customers. You’re better off paying a little extra somewhere else for a smoother experience.

Outstanding Service at Saeedi Pro Abu Dhabi Branch!I yesterday visited the Abu Dhabi branch of Saeedi Pro and had a fantastic experience. The team, especially Miss,Alfiya and Mr Vishnu and the other service technicians, were incredibly customer-friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.I took advantage of the yokohama offer, which was a great deal, and I even received a special discount(thanks to Alfiya). I was very impressed with their attention to detail and their willingness to explain everything to me. They truly made me feel like a valued customer.Overall, I highly recommend this tyre workshop to anyone looking for great service and a job well done. I recently visited Abudabi branch saeedi pro and I have to say that I had a great experience. The team, especially Vishnu and the other service technicians, were extremely customer friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met.The level of service was outstanding and they did an excellent job on my car. I am very happy with their service. Its rare to find any type of car service here with the same level of commitment and proffecional care.I found their ad on Facebook, asked for quotation for my car tyres and they provided several options & brands with reasonable price and free alignment and Nitrogeen (very good offer), also informed me of additional discount for specific banks & cards (transperancy). They informed me that they don't have the specific tyre in Abu Dhabi branch but will provide it next day and booked me apointment that i wanted on that day, all the communications were through whatsapp (convenience). I went on time and found them waiting for me in the workshop and the new tyres with new dates as my request arrived from Dubai (commitment). The supervisor there Mr. Ahmed was very welcoming and answered all my questions happily. He informed me the process of replacing all the tyres, balancing and alignment would take maximum 40 minutes. I waited in a clean spacious office 35 minutes and my car was ready.
