Excellent service. Clear communication, fast and quality service. Had my suv tyres replaced and a service completed - the drive was smoother after. They threw in a free tyre alignment. Good waiting area with coffee, water and WiFi to keep you chilling while you wait.

They do have good prices and for regular cars can do the change. However, if you have a sports or supercar, do not bring it there as they have no clue how to even lift it without damaging it. I was first another branch of theirs where they had no idea (but would have tried to lift it) then was recommended to come to the Al Quoz branch as they ‘do super cars’ everyday. Result was the same and obviously I was not able to change the tires here.

Wrong information given by the sales person from online for example the sales person told the tyre origin is Japan which i agreed but as I see at site it's Indonesia after waiting for more than one hours finally I had no option but to replace because no reply in WhatsApp. Secondly the alignment section is horrible I don't think they are professional my stearing pulls towards left while driving which was proper before

## Disappointing ServiceWhile this shop boasts a great selection of tires from reputable brands, my recent experience with their service department was a letdown.**Pros:** Wide variety of quality tires available. Shoutout to Joji, who provided friendly and helpful assistance.**Cons:** Extremely slow service. It took nearly 2 hours to simply change 4 tires. Customer service overall was disappointing.**Overall:** If you're looking for a specific brand and have plenty of time to spare, this shop might have what you need. However, for those prioritizing speedy service and a welcoming atmosphere, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Bad customer service and wheel alignment was not done properly, when i went there next day, the behavior of technician was very arrogant and provocative.I was approached your customer service and they informed me that the next slot will be allocated to me, but your technician there was not willing to serve me. First time, and last time using this place.Went there yesterday and bought X4 new tyres, one burst less than 24 hours later.So I buy two more this morning....the 2 stars is more to do with service.Yesterday - told one hour for the tyres to arrive, nearly 2 hours later they arrive.Today - tell me 30 minutes....over an hour later tyres arriveAsk to pay early while the job is being done, says 2 minutes.... 40+ minutes later and after the job is complete he is ready to charge me. The guy literally will start talking on the phone whilst in mid convo with you, service level and manners need a massive improvement.Also with the burst tyre, doesn't even look to compensate, says it hit something...it didn't, I drove up a regular curb like normal to do the school drop off, first time ever has a tyre burst going up at snail speed.The service and stock situation is ridiculous. Yesterday limited stock, today again. The guys in the office have no sense of urgency, and just coast along their day, and that's with very few customers. I was the second customer through the door...nearly 3 hours later I left with the job done.Guys fixing the tyres are the only highlight, they communicate much better than the "customer facing" side of the place

After waiting for 2 hrs in non sense excuses because the AC technician was not available, a young gentleman came with a machine he doesn’t know how to use, tried to recharge the AC gas then he confirmed that the fan is not working well and this was the manager opinion without even opening the car hood.The manager was insisting to refer me to a qouz branch to diagnose the car without even refilling the AC tank.I took the car and went to Fast track in emirates gas station(6 minutes away) and they confirmed that the fan is working 100% full capacity, they filled the gas in 25 mins after informing me that the AC tank is almost empty.

Again, I visited this tire shop after going to their branch in Al Quoz a few weeks ago. I should say that I am very impressed with the quality of the work.
