Went there with the recommendation from my garage for tires alignment. Very happy with the service. Though my car wasn't an easy task, guys managed the issues very well. They even performed test drive to make sure the quality. (special thanks to Rafi). Also, I was surprised in a good way with the price for the service and tires there. Overall, considering I came there on Saturday, the garage was not very crowded. I was waiting a maximum 10 mins before they started servicing my car. Thanks again for the great job guys!

Received 4 New Tires and a Puncture!!I recently had my tires replaced at this facility. After the replacement, they conducted a test drive. I paid and drove away, but just 3 minutes later (380m away), I received a right rear tire pressure warning. Assuming it was related to the tire change, I initially ignored it.Over the next few days, the pressure on that tire kept dropping. I repumped it several times and checked the valve, but the issue persisted. Eventually, I removed the tire and found a screw embedded in it.The service center refuses to accept any liability, and I now have to purchase a brand-new tire. If you value your tires lasting longer than 3 minutes after replacement, I strongly recommend choosing a different tire company.

In December 2022, I replaced all four tires with Nexen tires, which came with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Recently, I noticed cracks on all four tires, but my warranty claim was denied. The company cited abnormal tread wear, despite the tread depth being well above the legal minimum of 1.6mm.All tire services were completed on time and recorded, yet no issues were ever flagged during these inspections. Saaedi''s pro website clearly stated a 5-year warranty for manufacturing defects, but they failed to honor it.Interestingly, until yesterday, their website still reflected a 5-year warranty, but now it has been updated to 2 years. This sudden change raises questions about their credibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.This experience highlights poor service commitment and disregard for customer safety.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nexen tires or the service at Saaedi Pro, DIP.

I went to this business as it had some good reviews. Disappointingly, the service I received didn't quite live up to those reviews.I parked outside and went to the office to ask if they could supply and fit windscreen wipers for my car. I was told to bring the car into a service bay (behind a queue of three other vehicles) so that the current wipers could be measured.I was then just left standing there whilst the service advisor sauntered off to discuss something with mechanics on the other side of the workshop. During this time, another vehicle pulled up behind me to join the queue. After four or five minutes, the service advisor wandered back towards me and, without saying anything, started to look at a rack of tyres.I was taken aback by this lack of communication (verging upon indifference), and I eventually approached him and asked about wipers for my car. He said, "Someones coming to measure them." and abruptly walked into the office.A minute or so later, a mechanic came and measured my wiper blades before also going into the office. He returned shortly after and through a combination of unintelligible words and sign language indicated they didn't have the required size wiper blades.A palaver then followed as I extricated my car from the middle of the queue with a minivan now attempting to join it.The fact that they didn't have the parts isn't the issue. It was the whole communication thing - or lack of it. Having to join the queue in the service bay was also unnecessary.When I arrived, and with the car parked outside, had the advisor simply said,"Sure, I'll have a mechanic come and measure them to see if we have the parts, but it may be five or six minutes until they're free. Is that okay?" I wouldn't have anything to take issue with. However, the actual experience fell way short of the customer service I was expecting.On a positive note, the service advisor's shirt was spotless and immaculately white!

I recently had my tires changed and overall, it was a positive experience. They took the time to ensure the tires were properly installed and balanced.The only downside was that it took a bit longer than expected. However, I appreciated that they didn’t rush through the job and prioritized getting it done right rather than fast. I’d rather wait a little longer for a job well done than have it rushed!And might good if there’s a free coffee for waiting customers not a paid vending one.☝️

Went in for TPMS replacement on all four wheels. Their team recommended that only two needed replacing (50% saving) - tick no. 1. I left the service and had a wheel balancing issue from removal and replacement of the tyres. I contacted them and the next day they took it in, balanced the wheels and it's perfect. Tick no. 2.

I've had 2 visits to DIP in the last 7 days. Once for new tyres and once for follow up Alignment. The service is very good and the system they have for cars entering and exiting works really well. The Pricing is very competitive. Ms Alsafi is friendly and helpful and Mr Fazalu is excellent. Also a really good mention to the guy who does the alignment - he is knowledgeable and did the necessary prior checks and did not make adjustments for the sake of it. I will certain recommend this place.

First of all, I would like to mention that it's trustworthy. The people are friendly and well informed. They even spent time explaining some technical queries that I had. Regarding the tyres, the price is better than any other sellers. Also, you will get some freebies. I strongly recommend Saeedi Pro for their professionalism. Competitively priced and very well organized--the best part is everything was clearly discussed and arranged over WhatsApp, then I was assigned a specific service date and time slot. Good service and respectful staff.Just book your appointment and go there to change your car tires. Also, they do have an oil change service .They have a wide range of brands with good prices, you only need to give the tires details, and they will share with you the rates of different brands.They also do wheel alignment and balancing.You reach them by phone, whatsapp, or visit them directly.But it's better to get in touch with them before you go to make sure the tire band and specs are available at the shop once you visit them as some of the tires are available in their store not in the shop.

Visited them today to do wheels alignment and they were great.Starting from whatsapp booking; professional and informative, then the friendly guy at the reception and the professional people on the ground who did the job.I had a few mechanical fixes done recently which caused the car alignment to go south, but the experts managed to put back everything in place.Highly recommended!

I'm editing this review after receiving unsatisfactory service from their shop.I was provided warranty with the tires and one of the tires exploded on the highway.They investigated and gave me the reason that maybe the tire was leaking air and did not cover the tire under warranty. When I asked them how come the tire was leaking air as my car is fully oem and in excellent agency maintained condition, they went back and forth and offered 50% discount on new tire purchase but refused to honor their warranty and said the tire burst because I was driving on low tire pressure.My point to them about tire leaking air pressure was not justified as I never had any low tire air warning inside the car and the car was not driven on low tire pressure.Even if the tire was driven on low pressure, how did the air leak out of the tire within a matter of 2 weeks? Unless the tires or the wheels are not faulty, the tire wouldn't leak air on it's own.They lost a customer and also everyone else in my circle won't be going there surely.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟by far, one of the BEST places...Excellent & responsive team(i remember speaking to Ms. Charlotte) and the on site team was ready to offer the best service possible...i was assisted by Mr Simil in place of Nidheesh and the handling was at the best of Hospitality standards : caring & considerate.I would strongly recommend the place to everyone !!Note : While i did get the BEST price for a latest year set of NEXEN tyres, i also got some goodies (🎽t-shirt/ 🥤sipper & 🧢cap)🤩....try them once, you may never go elsewhere i guess...Note : I did a thorough Online research on all major vendors and found SaeediPRO to be the BEST in both price & service 👍
